Had a change of plan yesterday and while looking for something at the shop to have with my pulled beef I came acreoss some Jesey Royals. I havn't eaten tatties for a couple of years so it was a bit of a shock to the system. I also had some out of date sausages for Ron.
I've started drinking Kefir first thing  in the morning after my bout of diverticolitus and its settled my guts a bit!

Just had five farm fresh fried eggs, fried in butter along with two pork chops with added Chinese seasoning and a chopped avocado.
While it was cooking I liberated from the fridge the last of the large beef joint bought cheaply at easter and carved it up. I had one joint  off it yesterday as pulled beef done in slow cooker, and today I have cut off another joint and three thick  steaks. Steaks have went in freezer but joint is in oven where it will be cooked and sliced normally for Ron, rather than as pulled beef.

The large joints I bought were Top Rump so the steaks off it will be rump steaks which are my favourite!
