Fried trout for brekkie and I have hacked a large lump off a half price Easter bought huge beef joint (use by 6th May) and put it in the slow cooker for Ron. Put the rest of the joint back in the fridge as I am not sure what I will do with it yet?
Off to allotment soon, so by the time I get back it may be just about to my liking?
