I experimented with the mince and it worked fine! Cool

I usually divide 1 lb of mince in to four, roll into balls then flatten. These don'r always fit into the air fryer so today I put mince in bowl, scrunched it up to make it pliable then put it directly into air fryer flattening it down even. I quartered it with the fish slice, cooked 10 mins, turned individual pieces, another 10 mins, then just to make sure turned it again and cooked for another 5 mins.

Kato enjoyed his with cheese and I had the other three pieces with cheese and red pickled sliced onions plus half a tub of crab salad on the side. The experiment was a success and I will use this method again as I am not bothereed about burgers being round! Rolleyes

Eggs with caviar?!! That puts my cornflakes to shame  Smile  I'll have to roll out the smoked salmon or eggs benedict to keep up with you Sarriss. Not likely though. Cornflake or weetabix are easier.

Last night's dinner dilemma ended with haggis, veg and mash. The Xmas thingy needed 3 hours from frozen so that's waiting til the weekend when the leccy is half price.

B - cornflakes, apple and grapes.
L - I'm out with friends so it'll either be a toasted teacake or a bacon bap in a cafe, P will have his usual beef sandwich and deli salads, banana and cake.
D - leftover haggis and more veg

haha it's not the posh kind of caviar. It's creamed smoked cod roe that you buy cheaply in a tube Smile
