For breakfast I tried out my new four egg silicon inset for my air friyer to make poachd eggs. It's going to take a bit of perfect timing as after 8 minutes eggs weren't cooked and at 10 minutes they were like rubber! I still ate them but deffo needs more work!
For late lunch I had 1a large 1/2 price rump steak and pineapple cottage cheese. Wish I had bought more steak and froze it as it has now went back up to £18 a kilo!

Eggs on homemade rolls this morning, with roe from a tube (delicious!) and a bit of mayo.
Leftovers from last night - rice, smoked meat and veg mixture done in the oven with cheese on top (healthy recipe that actually tastes ok)
Rosehip soup for a snack tonight

Was peckish after my evening excercises so just had lambs liver and onions cooked in butter, followed by half a punnet of raspberries. I now realise raspberries can compliment liver & onions

That's breakfast over and done with. Three Icelands Koftas (50p) & three eggs (75p) Very tasty and filling. Not as cheap as Veggies meals but not a bad way to start the day.
Lot's of choices for Ron so I'll just ad-lib when the time comes!

I had some frozen Alaskan Pollack fillets which I cooked off in the air fryer and added a cheese sauce with a small amount of al-dente brocolli for tea.
