Air fried cheese filled Kofta's (£1 from Iceland) with a chopped Avocado (Five for £1 from fruit shop), cranberry & port ( 27p a jar at Aldi) and some red sliced pickled onions. Very tasty and very, very filling!

A scotch egg (taken from apack of four which were cheap because they were broken) for breakfast. For lunch I had sweet & sour chicken ready meal. Can't say I was impressed! The only reason I bought it was because it was cheap and the chicken was batterd, all three tiny pieces of it!
