Scotch egg & a small YS trifle for elevenses. Ribeye,pickled cabbage & pineapple cottage cheese for tea.
Cooked up some chicken wings in air fryer for supper.

B. Banana, porridge, wheat flakes & yogurt
L. Tuna & sweetcorn on toasted sourdough bread
Fruit scone
D. Leftover mince and veg with a couple of spring rolls.
All FREE except the spring rolls (no idea how much they were as they were a freezer find in a bottom drawer.
