Last night was liver and bacon with mash and cabbage.
Tonight will be a repeat as lots left. Followed by a slice of pumpkin pie that a friend has just brought round.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

Spam & eggs for brekke.
I bought a big chunk of belly pork from farmers market on Saturday so will probably have some of that later today when I figure out how to cook it? Probably in oven methinks?
Didn't realise until studying the packaging the pork was from a rare bread pig/hog!

I bought two thinga at a recent farmrs market, (wel three if you include my bad buy of a £3.50 scotch egg with apricots) a chunk of belly pork including the ribs and an enormous cauliflower!
I had some of the pork yesterday and the rest today. With the cauliflower I made a cauliflower chesse with parsley sauce and chedder. (Lets see how my gut react to that)
