My fvourite meat is fatty lamb. I thought maybe 'lap mutton' as I call it would be the cheapest cut. £18 a kilo for meat seen as a by-product was just too much to pay though. Sick What I got instead was what looked like lap mutton cut into strips for £9 a kiko? Go figure! Huh

Anyway cooked this in air fryer for 20 minutes and it was delish! Once a year at Crimbo I put the boat out and make a traditional dinner. I found half a bag of roasties in the freezer and had these with my lamb. Just for being naughty on my carnivore journey, I'll have to buy or make some more roasties at Xmas! Rolleyes

Not much today. Went to a farmers market this morning and bought a scotch egg (suposely with apricots which I love) for £3.50. Sick Couldnt taste apricots at all, what a swizz! Angry

I then bought four broken scotch eggs from a freezer shop for £1.19 total, and I swear to God they tasted better than other!(Only eaten two of them)

Apart from a couple of drinkable yoghurts that's all I have had all day.

Away in motorhome for tonight so looking forward to my motorhome cooked full English in the morning. Big Grin

In motorhome in a lovely secluded location just now. Soon I'll take Kato for his morning constitutional then it's back for bacon & eggs. Later I'll move to another suitable location with a nice outlook and cook up Ribeye and some more eggs.
