First Frost of the winter this morning, then the sun came out and it melted, then the snow arrived, but not much. Now, there's a teeny weeny bit of blue sky appearing between the clouds. Perishing cold.

I've got to wait until the frost has gone from the lawn to plant new baby blackberry columbia. Sun's out so it won't be long P is watching the solar graphs rubbing his hands together in glee at the amount of solar generation he getting and bemoaning the fact he couldn't get a battery system that suited his requirements.

A bit more snow overnight, definitely snowman building amounts.

It's snowing! Only baby snow and I don't think it's settling.

Cold and miserable - and that's just me!! Its Covid jab day which means short sleeves with layer upon layer over them to peel off in the clinic. I don't want to scare the oldies by stripping off my jumper in public.

Snowing here but it’s wet and although it’s settling it’s turning to slush and making the roads dangerous. Because there are so many leaves left on the trees its weighing down the branches which are beginning to obstruct the side roads but then I do live in the middle of nowhere!

We seem to be getting away quite canny with only a heavy frost remains from yesterday. Bitterley cold though!
