L. St Agur blue cheese on toasted sourdough. Tangerine.
D. Leftover mackerel and mash.
All FREE except the mackerel which I "paid" for yesterday.

Cheap ribeye & Sirloin steak with avocado and mozzarella cheese. Added 1/8lb of Kerrygold grass fed butter to up the fat content.

For brunch I had rump steak & YS mushrooms and for tea time I am having 50% reduced price cauliflower cheese wtih added cheese & 50% reduced cheese pattie thingys.
