Thin cut Korean flaoured steak for lunch and Yellow ticker 50% reduced Jerk chickn for tea. May have the 50% reduced pork belly flavoured slices for Ron? Not sure what flavour they are as the reduced sticker is over the info, but think it's probably BBQ?

2 YS ready meals, he had lasagne and I had mustard chicken, both with chard and carrots from the garden. He had stewed apple, fresh raspberries and hot custard for dessert.

.............I also had a fancy for a small xmas pudding I bought earlier for 99p. 40 seconds in the microwave and a splash of double cream, it went down a treat for supper.

Pork chops cooked in air fryer, scrambled eggs cooked in microwave and YS Asparagus cooked on stove top,for lunch. That will do for now, I'll see how hungry I am for Ron. Plenty of meat left in fridge.
