Yesterday I tried ox liver instead of the usual lambs liver., I wasn't impressed but Kato loved it. Yu don't know unless you try? I had to make do with sausages, which thankfully,Kato doesn't like!

Yesterday was Rump steak & scrambled eggg for lunch. Supper was bacon,avocado & Mozzarella cheese.
Today?..........not sure yet but it will be something simply cooked in motorhome!

Yesterday was ribeye and fried eggs.
Today will be bacon,egg & black pudding (probably around lunch time?) and either chilli or just mince for ron?

We went out for the day yesterday so no Tagliatelle and bol.
This evening oven baked fish with potatoes, french beans, peas and carrots.

D. Spiced Harissa Butternut Galette (Filo pastry with harissa spiced butternut squash, chickpeas, chestnuts, cranberries etc. Nice!!) with green beans, cabbage & potato & carrot mash.
