Too hot, already 25 in the shade at 9am and predicted unbroken sun all day.

It’s like this
All day. Tomorrow is expected to be the same. But it’s ok. Wednesday & Thursday have weather warnings for rain and it’s only gusting to 40mph. So pleased it’s not winter .

It's chucking it down here. SC you must have sent your weather down south. Not best pleased, I'm being taken out to a Thai taps restaurant for a birthday lunch, which involves a walk into town. I like Thai food but I'm not sure what a Thai tapas is. We'll find out.

Torrential rain overnight - lots of local flooding. One of those times when I'm glad to live on a hill.

We had your rain yesterday Veggie. I was really glad we brought the silver submarine back home rather than being on IOW.
We've got a dry but dull day today but everything is still very soggy underfoot. All the outside toms are engorged and likely to split. I fear autumn has arrived.

3rd day of beautiful warm sunshine and gentle breeze. I do enjoy it when our weather is reversed.
Feeling slightly smug, but know it’s not going to last .

We look at the west coast of Scotland every night during the weather forecast and usually commiserate when we see swathes of blue heading you way, but as you say we're reversed for a while. You're entitled to be smug after the weather you've had recently.

Yesterday afternoon our normal weather returned. And holy hell it came back with some proper vengeance!. Not a lot of sleeping happened last night. Caravan being violently shaken by the gusts of wind and the deafening rain showers were prolonged. Pretty much the same all day. But one of the showers was hail!
