Yesterday was sausages from freezer and reduced price turkey burgers from Morries with scrambled eggs. Grated some mozzarella into the eggs which gave a souffle texture!
Probably pork chops with brambley apple sauce at some time today?
I will still have pork chops for ron but had two egg banjo's in mini nans for brekkie!

Swap out the couscous for pasta, don’t add the spices (never thought I’d say that ) crumble some feta on top instead. That’s what Bob had. Unfortunately I followed the recipe as I ate first (Bob was on a late evening emergency holiday cottage call out) . Luckily for Bob there was only enough couscous left for one portion.
Don’t know what tonight is going to be yet.

Last night was a BBQ & slice of wedding cake.
Tonight will be something with sausages. Hot dogs, bangers & mash, something else. Depends what the birthday boy wants.
