Yesterday I was at the allotment doinga load of weeding and adidng manure to plots. I came home with a courgette and a spring cabbage so had to incorporate both into a rather unusual lunch. (Even by my standards.)
For lunch I had boiled shredded cabbage with butter, fried courgette, two small steaks, scrambled eggs with chilli flakes and the piece-de-resistance, cottage cheese and pineapple. It will be interesting to see what my gut micro-biome thinks of that after eating mainly a carnivore diet!

B. Strawberries, yogurt, granola & flax seeds
L. Cheese & tomato sandwiches
D. Courgette, thinly sliced, dusted with seasoned flour and shallow fried until crisp and sprinkled with cheese. I've waited all year for this.

Well after yesterday's foray into the world of vegetables I have had an adverse reaction with pain in my guts so it's back to animal products only again today.
Scramled eggs with butter for brekkie, a scotch egg for lunch and ribeye with cottage cheese for tea.
