L. Prawn cocktail crisps as I was in a hurry.
D. Using up odds and ends meal - mushrooms and onion, cooked in tomato passata, with added cooked mung beans for crunch, on macaroni.

It changed we’re having noodles, Friday night is drinks outside the cafe. So it’s quite often a late tea.

Neighbour turned up with some mackerel he’d just caught. So they were filleted and pan fried with bread & butter.

I remember catching mackeral, filleting and grilling them. They were much more tasty than shop bought fish! Cool

Homemade smash burgers with loads of garlic added. I had mine with habanero relish,cheese and pickles. Kato just had a chopped up burger, on it's own.
