Here's my version of a spreadsheet.
Just 7 cards, one for each day. I did think of doing 21 cards but, since the only thing that changes each week is whether its Strip 1,2 or 3, I only need 7. Easy peasy.
EDIT - Monday "Seeds to sow" changes each week too.

That's far neater than my notes, sometimes I have a job deciphering what I've written. Plus I'm not daft enough to have a plan. I know that won't work. My plan is to determine what P plans to do, see if he needs my help, if not, go with the job that shouts loudest. Yesterday was pick raspberries which developed into pick soft fruit.
