I have some smoked haddock for homage to fishy Friday and also have a ribeye with my name on it!
Change of plan,the ribeye became bacon, eggs and mushrooms and the smoked haddock was cooked in water and cream with asparagus spears also cooked in same frying pan. Quite tasty anall!

L. Hard boiled egg, lettuce, cucumber, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, mayo.
Nectarine & tangerine.
D. Mushroom fried rice with added chopped up onion bhajis, the last samosa and sweet chilli sauce.

Yesterday after fishing I had a ribeye & a lamb steak going out of date so I had those fried. I still wasn't satiated so had a donar kebab (shared with Kato) from the local chippie.
Today will be beef mince & eggs after visiting a car boot sale.
Change of plan again! Made a chilli with the mince, added adiced apple and a few sultanas.. Non for Kato as he doesnt like chilli.
