Last night ended up being mushroom noodles. After an unexpected village get together. Apparently now a Friday evening thing. Which is good. It was fun.
This evening is a BBQ at a friends.

I was going to have some lamb but after checking the dates on the stuff in the fridge I decided I needed to use the beef mince I had. I had some garlic scapes I had brought from the allotment and some YS asparagus. Mixed the two together and par boiled them. They were quite tasty to have with the mince, which I of course had to share with Kato!
