Then venison steak with asparagus and leek in a cream sauce. Is it clam chowder? If so for some reason out of all the shellfish clams aret the only ones that I can' t tolerate. I enjoy all the others though. i eat a lot of meat for protein and fish for iodine and omega 3. Off on a tangent, the only meat that disagrees with me is ox tongue which I can't tolerate and makes me sick!
Enjoy your chowder though!

Not clam chowder, just white fish ( well that’s what it was last time) . I’ve not made it. I acquired it from the cafe.

B. Toast & strawberry jam
L. Olive bread roll, nectarine & a tangerine
D. Experiment! Roasted cauliflower "steaks" and sweet pepper slices, sprayed with oil & balsamic vinegar. They were a bit bland so I topped them with cheese and microwaved them - they were OK.
All FREE

Veggie I’ve seen a few recipes for Roasted cauliflower, so was wondering is it as nice as ‘they’ make out?

I probably didn't do it justice, Bren. It was OKish. There are a lot of wacky things to do with cauliflower - probably because its pretty bland and stays white. I'll probably stick to cauliflower cheese!

One of our members, JJB, posted recently about Poulton's Pride rhubarb. Don't think she was very impressed!!

Bren, we like it. I divide the cauliflower into small florets, spray with oil and season with a herb or spice mix or just salt and pepper. Then bung in the oven for 20 mins ish while summat else is cooking. Keep an eye on it because it can burn.
