For 'brunch' I had 5 month out of date grilling cheese that was at the back of the fridge fried in beef tallowl left over from yesterdays ribeyes, along with four scrambled eggs with butter & chilli flakes added.(Scrambled eggs and chilli flakes is rapidly bcoming my 'go to' brekkie!)

Beef mince for ron, either as smashbugers or just fried 'as-is'.

I've 'liked' your post but found I am not a great lover of Mr Brains faggots? I used to like them as a youngster so maybe it was the Mr Brains version I was averse to and seem to remeber my Ma getting them fresh from the butcher?

Vinny we used to get ours from the butchers but he retired selling the shop to a cafe.
So it’s Brains faggots now days, they are in a rather nice gravy.
