B. Rhubarb, flax seeds & Granola
L. Olive bread and rocket sandwiches, Two tangerines.
Leftover salmon fillet, mashed veg and mint sauce.

Curry this evening with aubergine, chickpeas and and chard.

90% flavoured pork loin steaks!

I was still hungry later so had two ribeyes with garlic butter.

D. Plateful of roast potatoes with taramasalata as a dip (another take on fish & chips).

All FREE except the tarama (?85p a tub)

At some point we will be having cheesy chips. It's going to be a late tea today

For 'brunch' I had 5 month out of date grilling cheese that was at the back of the fridge fried in beef tallowl left over from yesterdays ribeyes,along with four scrambled eggs with butter & chilli flakes added.(Scrambled eggs and chilli flakes is rapidly bcoming my 'go to' brekkie!)

Beef mince for ron, either as smashbugers or just fried 'as-is'.

I've 'liked' your post but found I am not a great lover of Mr Brains faggots? I used to like them as a youngster so maybe it was the Mr Brains version I was averse to and seem to remeber my Ma getting them fresh from the butcher?

Vinny we used to get ours from the butchers but he retired selling the shop to a cafe.

L. Sunflower seeded bread roll with banana & peanut butter.
A Choc ice mid afternoon.
D. Fresh Tuna kebabs with a herb and garlic dressing on Lemon and Coriander couscous.
