I built a wall. A good start to one anyway.
Bob dug a ditch. Several actually. But this one was to run the electric cables to the garage. So they were put in place and then filled in again
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

A few things been happening over the last few days
We’ve started laying the self levelling screed.
Yesterday we took delivery of the treatment plant. Considerably bigger than expected! Bloody massive!
Today we ripped up most of the porch floor and re-laid it. We’d noticed there was an annoying hump in the middle of the porch. Bob didn’t consider it a problem. It was driving me nuts. But today we also work out that the rest of the porch floor was to high to fit our ceramic tiles under the front door. So it all came out and got done again. Hopefully I’ve not made a complete horses arse of it this time.
It gives us something to do, while we’re waiting for a part for the nail gun. Then we can finish building dividing walls.

Just a quick update for you.
Things been a bit quiet on the building front. We are back into packing & moving mode. From the 30th we are in the caravans. The last move we’ll ever make  . Apart from the 15 meters from caravan to house at some point.
We’re still planning & organising things for the build and receiving eye watering quotes!

I'm so glad I'm not packing up. It would be a nightmare. I expect all the moving has made you declutter. You're getting closer and closer.

Ditch dug, electric cable in conduit laid. And all filled in again.
And look what was found while digging the ditch.
The ditch went through the very first test pit that was dug, way back when. Turns out the digger driver filled it in with these.
