I'm growing APB for the first time. Does the panel (probably Veggie or TMTT) think they are a hybrid or open pollinated? Should I save seed if, they're any good, for swapping?

Open-pollinated, I believe. Artisan Seeds did release quite a few hybrids in recent years, but Pink Bumble Bee was released back in 2012, and any of the hybrids were always labelled as F1.
Unfortunately, Fred Hempel, chief breeder at Artisan, died last last year after a short illness. He is a big loss for the tomato world, and he used to post quite regularly on one of the big tomato message boards. He also bred Blush and Maglia Rosa.
He had created a new company in 2022 with the goal of selling seeds to a bigger audience - https://beneseeds.com/ - and that's where you can buy his hybrids from now.

I've sown some Artisan Pink Tiger seeds - will try to save these to share.
