B. Porridge from a jar with blueberries
L. Vegetable soup with added Carlin peas (from the freezer)
D. YS Roasted vegetable risotto (38p)
All FREE except the risotto.

Three boiled eggs and a skotch egg for brekkie. Lunch was frying steak and butter. May have something later, depends on what's on yellow sticker at Morries?

B. Porridge from a jar and blueberries
L. Leftover Carlin pea and veg soup. An orange
D. A Crispy No chicken escalope made with savoury seitan and jackfruit in crisp herbed panko breadcrumbs. I'll have to ask the Duckduck what some of these ingredients are! Eaten with mixed vegetable rice, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

It’s pizza night. I’m having the full veggie ( mushroom , peppers, red onion, olives, sun dried tomatoes & drizzled with pesto ) Bob is having the nduja ( spicy nduja sausage, pepperoni , drizzled with chilli oil)
