Verey rare cooked rump steak and butter. I prefer medium rare but this was a thick steak!
I also browned some liver & bacon in a frying pan then dumped it into the slow cooker for Ron.
I struggle to make pork scratching from pigs skin? I have tried air fryer, oven and most recently deep frying. Air fryer stuff is too hard, oven stuff the same and in the deep fryer I can get it to 'crunch but it burns it at th sam time? Any ideas folks?

From memory you have to score the rind and rub salt into it. If its too hard or burnt you need to turn the heat down and cook for longer but cooler.
