 L. Brie and cranberry jelly sandwiches.
 Pear.
 D. YS Sardine fillets with harissa sauce on wholegrain rice.
 
 All FREE except the sardines - think they were 88p.

 Were they fresh sardine fillets? Sounds tasty, especially with Harissa sauce!

		They were frozen, Vinny. I'm sure we mentioned them before. Morries also had mackerel and some white fish being remaindered at about half price.

I often see the fresh sardines yellow stickered but never the fillets which I prefer? I just don't like bones and can't be arrised to fillet them!    Love Harrisa on just about anything though!
