2023 - Pumpkin competition

My niece told her dad that she had a light on in her car. Which one, he said and she answered "The little teapot".

Does your niece still have a car ?   . Or did the engine seize because it had no oil   .

You wouldn't have eaten it anyway as its not animal - although maybe the slugs and snails would be OK.

Snails, possibly, slugs definately not!  Even Hugh Fearnley Eatsitall turned his nose up at those!

My Grandson entered a pumpkin carving competition (not with my half eaten jobbie) and carved an 'engine management light' into the pumpkin, which can be a horrifying sight!

She still has a car and a long suffering dad and three brothers who are her "minders". 
Just realised - she's my great-niece so younger than you might have thought!

Veggie's got an unfair advantage, she's littler than the rest of us!

How is that an advantage? If my arms are shorter I may not be able to paddle as well, in fact, I might not be able to see over the sides of the pumpkin.

I believe JJB was implying you don’t have to grow such a big pumpkin.   . Outrageous, I know     .
