2023 - What I sowed today

Sowed Dior DFB's, Spring Onions, and Cardeal beets.

Sowed Czar and Gigantes Runner beans (old seeds)
Three colour DFBs (from SC/seed swap_
Cocozelle courgette (from Garrett, seed swap)
Lettuce mixed.

Lettuce, Mizuna, Radish, Beetroot.

I will sow something today - hopefully some biennials for next year.
Ive looked through the posts for inspiration - I have t got much toom but I think it maybe a good year for beans... perhaps my pond should have been a bean trough. Dare I try some climbers in a very large pot!

I'm planting out climbing beans today hopefully, need to prepare another about 30sq ft first. I just rescued the children's old swing for them to climb up. It was abandoned in an overgrown corner.

Mixed lettuce leaves, radishes and spring onions.
Just a pinch of each.

Borage in situ and Purple Orach in modules.

I sowed some of Scarlet's seed swap Verbascum on her recommendation (no pressure Scarlet ) and few DFB Dior. I don't need any more DFB or for that matter any sort of beans, but curiosity overwhelmed me. Also some Emerald Ice kale because it looked interesting.

I've been playing with cucumber seeds and a few oddities today. Many of them are old seeds and I don't expect any/many to germinate.
