I'm going to add to this...she walks miles a day, sometimes getting up for a few hours walk before dialysis in the morning. Often needing a sit down for cake at a view point 
Her partner has collected found railway sleepers ( he works on power lines) and made benches and dotted them around the welsh valleys /coast. ( over 200 now) He has been making them for years. Enjoyed by many. Each one is named and numbered.
