Fine all day, the sun started to come out about teatime. Warm enough for short sleeves.

How can they get it so wrong!?
The Met Office at 11.30pm forecasted a low of 10°C overnight. I thought to myself that I'd wasted my time putting all the tenders back undercover. This morning I see the low was 3°C in our garden and several other local(ish) areas of similar terrain. There's just no way of judging the weather except by looking at the seaweed

Ours (Météo France) is very random too - 20mm of rain forecast, but zero falls and the same with temperatures. Last night was predicted to be 7 or 9 depending on which TV forecast we watched so everything went back under cover as that was too close to 3 or 4! It was 6 in the end.
Having done a spot of meteorology at uni, it does seem to be getting harder and harder to make predictions as the normal weather patterns are getting more erratic.
Bit of high cloud today, currently 22 which is the forecast max, but it's likely to be higher by mid afternoon.

I believe that one of our tv stations have deserted the British Met Office for Météo, they're both a bit suspect. I used to have weathermen living either side of me, they hadn't a clue either

Horrible wet day here. Doesn't the weather god know that I need some sunshine?

We're having a really good spell of rain, already 50% more this month than all of May last year. But it is chilly, 8 or 9 over night and 14 or 15 during the day, bizarre as we had 30 in April!
