Could be a blown in carrot seed.
I don’t grow carrots but I do grow daucus - the more ornamental one with pinky/red flowers.
The buds on this are definitely white though and the foliage is more lime green compared to daucus which has a sort of sherwood green leaf.
I checked my cow parsley - the stems are purplish, but not as much as yours, but the leaves are identical. It is pretty and smells nice BUT it can be very invasive. I'm trying to cut the flower heads off before they set seed as I have far too much cow parsley in the garden. Its not easy to dig up either. I'm sure its good for flower arrangements.
The Moneyless Chicken says:- Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.

I think I have one of those carrots growing, perhaps it came from you in a seed swap. It's in its second year now so hopefully it will flower. It has quite a nice purple carrot underneath.
