2022 = What I harvested today

Pulled up quite a few beetroot as getting very cold out there and covered the rest with mulch.
Also some carrots and a leek to go with mashed potatoes and omelette.
I picked a few chillis but I think they have been frosted. Might put them in freezer chopped up as should be OK I think.
And also a squash that looked a bit frosted, it can go in the mash tonight, or 1/2 of it can.

Parsnip yesterday then a few lettuce leaves this morning.

Parsnips and carrots. I looked at the brussels sprouts but not sure I'll be able to get many. A lot look nibbled by mice.
