Pleasant out, not too hot and the wind has went down. Just right!

Hot (34) and windy and once again the thunderstorms are staying south of the Pyrénées and are clobbering Catalunya instead.

It was hot today and my plants in the greenhouse are suffering as a result. Lots of watering needed. It's a good thing it was peeing it down here last week so all the water butts are full. Lots more hot forecast for the rest of the week.

It was mid 20’s yesterday in Kildare, we’re forecast to have high 20’s all week for the rest of the week

We're forecast 30+ until the weekend then it's cooling to.......wait for it..........29. I find it difficult to do anything outdoors in that heat and by the evening when it's cooler I've lost the enthusiasm. An excuse to be lazy.

Similar here. Forecast 31 tomorrow, then 34 until Monday when it cools down to 25 with a thunderstorm.

38.5 yesterday; A cheap, thin black plastic seed tray sat on the potting bench outside in the sun distorted in the heat!
It's due to be hotter today and tomorrow. 15% chance of 1mm of rain this afternoon.
Roll on the 'cool' of a possibly showery Sunday and 29 degrees.

The heatwave broke on Saturday night after two and à half weeks of plus 30 temperatures and 2 days of forty plus, but sadly the forecast 10 to 20mm of rain yesterday was less than 2mm in the end. I squeezed 2 watering can’s worth from the water butts!

Its raining - not heavy but I'm happy with anything at the moment. So nice to stand outside and take a warm "shower".
