Noble false widow????

Just discovered this spider in a punnet of Lidl plums from Spain. 
I think it’s a noble false widow spider!

Exactly!! I did a big eek when I spotted it.
Going to release it in a remote bit of woodland - can’t bear the thought of killing a living creature.
Daughter wanted me to flush the poor thing down the loo - but he’s pretty handsome and he didn’t ask to leave his Spanish home and come here.
