		First pick of dwarf french beans. Had some with new potatoes, carrots and cauliflower cheese.
 I dug up 4 roots of potato variety swift (I think) for planting out next year, 28 tubers in all.
 
 I forgot to pick peas for a while and ended up only getting to pick them 5 times. The dry weather hasn't helped. I could pick a few more but think I'll leave the rest for seed next near.
