I forgot! Yesterday I picked the first 3 tomatoes off Red Robin the window sill plant. Whilst they're not the most flavourful, they're usually my first.

Strawberries, a few autumn planted onions and about 10 pea pods. One had 12 peas in which was a right mouthful (and most were 10 or 11). If the mice keep away should have a bumper crop.
Also some cherries, raspberries and about 2kg of red currants.
edit forgot these: Dug up 2 new potato plants 1.7kg of potatoes.

They are Aquilon - dwarf french bean.
I don't know who they came from. I can't find the pack but definitely from a swap. I will be growing these again. Must make sure I don't eat them all as I've only 10 plants. Real Seeds sell them - or did in 2015 when I bought some.
The swapped ones are from Kitty12345 - "Grown 2018". I have them too.
RS packet " First early French variety chosen for exceptional earliness and productivity. Very long round green pods - up to 20cms! Prolific, stringless and pods are held high for ease of picking."
Well most of mine are 20 cms - I've honestly never had French beans so long but still very fine. Absolutely delicious....it is going to be difficult to save these for seed! I don't know when to stop picking. This is definitely the best French bean I've grown.Get yours in VC! Just for you Scarlet We have lift-off in beans department. Only one lot have grown - guess these are Kitty's as the RS ones were rather old.
