Picked my first 2 sticks of Rhubarb, 2 beetroot from the GH. 2 white radish (from the random veg sowing) and 2 "spring" onions (last year's onion set left in the ground that has split in two).
Feeling happy.

Rhubarb. Also kale has been going all winter and is now starting to go to seed. Might let a few and do some seed collecting.

My first Rhubarb harvest. 1 whole stick, because that’s all I needed.

Wasn't the first but dug some nice parsnips which haven't started to deteriorate yet.    I have PSB which is just about ready but I am leaving it until I can get a decent boiling!

Picked my first Bijou mangetout and ate it immediately. There are more but I just wanted to eat one - just to upset JJB
Also picked 2 Physalis from plants that have been overwintering in the GH. The stem had drooped into the spinach and I hadn't spotted them before. Probably would have the First several weeds ago.
