It’s a long shot . But do any of you have one of these? My friend picked it up in a charity shop for me. Unfortunately it didn’t come with any instructions and I can’t find them on line either. Has any got the instructions they can photo for me or know how to use it please?
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

Its made by Aldi - found a review https://offers.kd2.org/en/gb/aldi/pOue/ but not the manual ............yet!!

I'd say the fast cooking is for high pressure cooking, slow cooking more like a slow cooker, so lower pressure.
The other settings is probably not something I'd venture into - I don't find that pressure cookers are very precise, so I wouldn't cook fish in it.

These are the instructions for the Aldi Ambiano which seems to be the new name for Crofton. Looks similar so should give you an idea of what its does.
