I'm really into cheese and onion at the moment, so I will do a mixture of grated cheese, spring onion and sweet chilli sauce in cottage cheese. Sounds odd, but it's so tasty. I'll have that in one or two pancakes.

Then a couple of sweet pancakes, one with lemon and sugar, and one with squirty cream and raspberry jam Big Grin

Vinny, what does ACV stand for?

Yep, I use it on lots of things even drinking it diluted with water at times. Supposed to be good for you?

STRAWBERRIES & CREAM
You wish it was Wimbledon all year round
NUTELLA
You always go for a dessert over a starter
ICE CREAM & SPRINKLES
You're trying to recreate a lost sense of childhood joy
CHEESE AND MUSHROOMS
Pancakes and omelettes are interchangeable to you

Your favourite drink is a nice glass of tap water
GRAVY
You describe pancakes as "flat Yorkshire puddings"
KEBAB MEAT
You don't know what a pancake is, or your own name

I won't be having conventional pancakes because I hate making them.Wink However, I bought 2 packs of yellow stickered Scotch pancakes in Morries yesterday and I'll probably have some with lemon curd this evening.

Ahh yes, that makes sense! Yes, Vinny it is really good for you. I use it all the time, but never thought of using that with salmon in a pancake though Smile
