Great List PP. I'd be very tempted by some of those seeds. Its as well they're in France and not UK accessible.
I've just acquired (by swapping and an SAE):-
Roveja Peas - a semi-dwarf Soup pea (Real seeds)
Gardener's Ecstasy Tomatoes (like Gardener's Delight but "tastes even better" (Real Seeds)
Vates Blue Curled Kale
Borage
Soapwort
Szechuan Pepper.
With luck, I could be eating Pea, Tomato and Kale ?soup with a borage garnish, seasoned with Szechuan pepper and washing up afterwards with Soapwort soap liquid.
Everyone needs to sow a dream.

^^^I read it wrongly and thought you said 'washing it down with soap wort liquid' I know I was wrong but knowing the madness I think foaming at the mouth might be imaginable

The other seeds received today were from Carrie Thomas who used to hold one of the National Collections of Aquilegias until they were struck down by Aquilegia Mould Disease. Since them she has moved house and garden and is, once again, raising Aquilegias.

Since I'm not much good at labelling plants I usually buy her 40 pack bumper bundle of last year's seeds - random selection!
Carrie sent me 18 packets of aquilegias and the rest are flowers, including, Antirrhinum, Campanula, Daucus, white foxgloves, hollyhocks, Lavatera, Lychnis, Malopes and Malva, Nicandra, Nicotiana, Sisyrinchium & Teasel.
40 packets for £13 although I expected it to be £15. Maybe, she let me have them cheaper as she remembered me?

I remember Carrie Thomas. Back in 2016 when my own Aquilegias were struck down with the downy mildew, I wrote and told her about it. She sent me a lovely, personal response. I'm so happy she's up and running again. I will order some seeds.

I agree, SC, and they're going to be fresher than a lot of the seeds sold by the big companies at 3+ times the price.

Scarlet? If so, the seeds would have come from Carrie Thomas - as she's just sent me some. Yes, I've a few plants growing at the moment...they should flower this year. You sent me the seed. on the back of that I did a little research into lavatera good for cut flowers. I've sown Mont Blanc and also a pink, can't quite remember the pink full name. Anyway - I had zero germinate from the pink - bought fresh from Chilterns. I emailed saying I had no germination - set 12 going on 2 separate occasions- they didn't respond. Very annoyed as I spend quite a lot on seed with them.
