2021 thread at https://gardenandgossip.org/showthread.php?tid=725
I've started - couldn't wait until 2022.
Sown 4 seeds of each of:-
Rambling Red Stripe
Three Cheeses High
Minibel
Red Robin
Vilma
House - this is a new one for me - from Real Seeds.
All seeds in the heated propagator in the bedroom - so that I can say Hello to them s soon as I wake.
Anyone else about to sow their toms soon ?

I'm not playing this year - I am just doing flowers well, just a couple of Tom's, a courgette and lettuce and some beetroot will be squeezed in.
Currently looking at what I can sow now. Flowers that need a long growing season or a start in the fridge/freezer.

I might try some windowsill ones next week. Last year I sowed on Ps birthday 3 Jan, which might be a bit early, I'll have to look at my notes (if I made any). I haven't got space for the grow lights ATM without a good deal of sorting out, which is perhaps putting me off. Red robin is a definite and I'll have a rummage for any other small bush types.

JJB, last year you won the "Pick the first tomato" race.
Can you do it again or was it a freak?

I know,
Scarlet is a harder one to persuade...........but since she's forgotten to list beans with her other veg, she may have forgotten the satisfaction of picking those early toms too.
