Thanks Veggie I have now found something at the bottom of the menu where I can contact someone hopefully it is the right place for it

If you mean the Envelope with Contact us beside it - that's for email. Its better to send a Private message to one of the Pest Controllers - Admin, SC, Scarlet or me and we can look at it - whatever it is!
