So happy for you, Pros. Its been a long wait but it all came good in the end.
Is it the first time your parents have seen the house?

They have only seen the (rather bad) estate agent photos so far. Seeing as I decided not to view after seeing those in May (until the agent persuaded me), I don't think they do a good job of selling the house!

My lovely vendor has left me so many keys. There must be at least 40 of them! She's tried to label them but confessed she didn't know what some of them were for. I'm half expecting to find a hidden room somewhere...

Congratulations Pros, May you have many happy hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades ...... in your lovely new house and garden. It will take time to put your own stamp on it and we will enjoy following your progress. Hugs and kisses from the Emerald Isle.

Congratulations, Pros! The garden looks lovely, there's plenty in already and plenty of potential as well. You're going to have great fun there in 2022. I bet you can't wait to get started!
