I've bored you with my Roots, Shoots, Fruits, Leaves and Flowers sowing plan for a while now. Initially it was a 4 weekly rotation, Roots one week, Shoots the next but I've condensed it into Roots on Monday, Shoots on Tuesday etc.
My new plan is to be able to harvest and eat a Root on a Monday too................all year round. It can be as small as a radish on Monday, Spring onion on Tuesday, a tomato on Wednesday, lettuce on Thursday and a Daisy on Friday - just need to be able to do it - which means being more committed to sowing the seeds in the first place.
I'm starting tomorrow - planting some shallots and picking spring onions.

Brain ache has set in, I'll watch you start in a frenzy and wait til spring when yet another grand plan takes over. You offer endless hours of amusement Veggie but have a feeling you must be very tiring to live with. I almost wish you lived nearby, some of your enthusiasm might rub off on me.

Friday is for Flowers and also for Herbs since they're more edible than flowers.
Every Friday sow a flower and a herb or take cuttings.
Pick herbs for use and flowers for the house.
