I'm starting anemone bulbs in the greenhouse- nog having much luck to be honest - they are rotting and look like this - gnat larvae
I have yellow fly traps - I may have to resort to fly spray

Oh no, bloody horrible things! They absolutely destroyed my tomato, chilli, pepper etc etc etc seedlings this spring.
At one point I worked my way through the whole lot, pot by pot, removing the seedlings from the soil and washing them to try and clear the grubs from the roots before putting them back into fresh compost, with very little success. I guess there were already eggs on the bottom of the stem/top of the roots.
Fly papers didn't work for me either.
Next year I will probably resort to something non-organic if I get another incontrollable infestation, but nematodes are a thought.
Good luck and please let us know how if you find a solution.
