Plated up. Not the best looking meal, but very very tasty & filling

Curry and chips. (day 2 of curry: rice is on day one)
The potatoes are from a bag with slug damage which i always use first. Chips/wedges are a good way to use them as can cut out the damage after slicing into chips which wastes less of the sound potato.
Added ingredients are mushrooms, lentils (could just add more beans), celery stick and spices.
