Candied jalapeños. I’ve been raving about them for several years. And put links to the recipe multiple times.

5 jars of blackberry coulis - another name for deliberately runny jam.

I've not seen them mentioned here, they sound nice but the heat puts me off to. Might try them if only to use the chillies.

Have been making Quince membrillo for a couple of years as a treat to eart with cheese.
My Quince tree failed this year, producing just two quinces, so I’ve made damson membrillo instead. It is really good if I say so myself, and doesn’t have the slightly grittiness of the quince one.
My husband’s comment was that it reminds him of old fashioned jelly cubes. Not sure if that was supposed to be a compliment.

Just made a few jars of chutney, 2 of which haven’t sealed. Can I reboil the chutney mix and put into sterilised jars again? TIA

I would. Boil it up heat the jars, bottle up and see what happens. I am never very successful with cellophane covers so I reuse the screw tops from the jars if they're sound and hope for the best.
I'm currently wondering whether my blackberry sauce, which sealed OK, will keep like jam even though it's not been boiled to setting point, but I'll find out in time.
