I used to have a cookery book about offal - never did try most of the recipes.

I've got 'the Radiation Cookery book' first printed 1927 but mines the updated 1940 edition. Its full of weird and wonderful recipes the Invalid cookery section has the oddest ones.

No worse than haggis, and before Spec gets ansty, I love haggis, although I think they use manufactured casings nowadays.

Yes a good haggis is hard to beat, and one that is hard to beat is from a tin made by Grants, if you ever come across their tins give it a try, I think they make a soup tin size

I actually have one in the cupboard, obviously not eaten yet. I had better check the date on it (but who pays any attention to those)
Thanks for the recommendation next dull day will be haggis, its just not right in 26°C temps.
