Each Wednesday is my tinned tuna day. I try various recipes each week
Tomorrow, and after reading various complicated tinned tuna curry recipes I am going to experiment a bit.
I have tinned tuna,coconut milk,onions,eggs,sweet peppers, dried chillies, veggie and chicken stock cubes and various spices both fresh and dried.
I have no idea what quantities of each I will use but I will just keep tasting and sampling it as I go.
Unless of course, anyone has a simple curry recipe using these ingredients?

We used to cook tuna in a tin of Campbell's condensed chicken soup - the tuna tasted like chicken! When I say we, I mean a schoolfriend and I used to make it and we thouht it was ever so grown-up.
The Moneyless Chicken says:- Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.

Tuesday is steak day, preferably Ribeye. But Tuna Tuesday does sound good and I may change it in the future.

Edit Reason: Can’t read attachment
)
Jamie Oliver does a great tuna pasta recipe using fresh tuna but you can substitute with tinned.
I don’t bother with the wine or parsley. Hopefully pic will work, had a bit of a problem adding it. Oh and excuse the stains on the page, it’s a well used book by all the family!!
Will try adding attachment in its own post!
